I am Sumeru Ray from Kolkata.
I have written an article on scientific-philosophy. There is a scientific decision. This decision has to be expressed through mathematical formula. I need your help.

A wheel with an arrowhead (Please see picture attached with it) that is able to rotate around its center in a circle. Now, after turning this wheel, it will stop one time, and the arrowhead will come in one place and settle.

Now, my decision is, as the rotation of the rotating wheel begins, determined automatically, when and where the sharp point of the arrow pane will positioned.

In more detail:

Since the explosion traditionally there are various incidents. Here, my decision is that (if no different force is applied) at the moment of explosion, it will be automatically determined (depending on many things) immediately, when --- where --- and what will happen.

In the cosmic field: the determination is a kind of involuntary force, that raised at the beginning of the creation of the world through the beginning of the Great Explosion! And it is the determinant and regulator of the inevitable future events.

In this system, it is automatically determined at the moment of the explosion --- when and where --- what would happen in the traditional event.

Each produced event is the apparent cause of the various events that occur in the future in connection with it which is automatically predetermined at the beginning of the creation of the universe.

For ease of understanding, let's say with a simple pattern: The rotation of the rotating wheel with an arrow blade is determined automatically as soon as it starts, when and where the sharp angle of the arrow blade will go. It is almost the same as in the case of Great Creation or worldly events. Its fate has been determined automatically at the beginning of the creation.

Creation begins with the Great Explosion, and in that instant the fate is born. For example, an explosion of a bomb occurs after a series of incidents. The explosion is automatically determined by the moment, what  happens next, and then, traditionally, after each other. Everything that is happening in this world and everything that will   happen, determined --- almost automatically at the moment of the Great Explosion!
